WARRANTY:
This fan includes a one (1) year warranty, which covers manufacturer defects and workmanship under normal use. Warranty is offered only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. Proof of purchase constitutes a dated sales receipt. This warranty is void if the fan(s) have been subject to abuse such as: being dropped which could result in damage to the fan cabinets, motors, fan controls, etc., immersion in or exposure to water, exposure to excessive heat, outdoor usage, any use other than household use, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than an authorized service provider, use on improper voltage or current, or any use contrary to the user instructions.
Batteries and battery life are not covered in this warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. To receive coverage under this warranty, contact customer service for consultation and/or replacement. DO NOT attempt to repair any electrical or mechanical functions of this product; doing so will void this warranty and could lead to injury.

Cette garantie est nulle si le ou les ventilateurs ont fait l'objet d'abus tels que : être larguée, ce qui pourrait endommager le boîtier, moteurs, commandes du ventilateur, etc., l'immersion ou l'exposition à l'eau, l'exposition à une chaleur excessive, l'utilisation à l'extérieur, toute usage autre que l'usage domestique, démontage,réparation ou modification par toute personne autre qu'un prestataire de services autorisé, I'utilisation sur une tension ou un courant inadéquat, ou toute utilisation contraire aux instructions d'utilisation.
Les piles et la durée de vie des piles ne sont pas couvertes par cette garantie. Aucune autre garantie n'est exprimée ou implicite. Pour bénéficier de la couverture de cette garantie, contactez le service clientèle pour une consultation et/ou un remplacement. N'essayez pas de réparer les fonctions électriques ou mécaniques de ce produit ; cela annulerait la garantie et pourrait entrainer des blessures.

Este ventilador incluye una garantía de un (1) año, la cual cubre los defectos de fábrica y la mano de obra bajo el uso normal. Solo se ofrece la garantía al comprador original. Se requiere un comprobante de compra. Este comprobante será el recibo de la compra, el cual deberá incluir la fecha. Esta garantía queda nula si el(los) ventilador(es) ha(n) sufrido lo siguiente: se cayó y pudieron haberse dañado los gabinetes, motores, controles del ventilador, etc.; se mojó o estuvo expuesto al agua; estuvo expuesto al calor excesivo; se utilizó en el exterior; cualquier uso que no haya sido el previsto; ha sido desarmado, reparado o alterado por una persona no autorizada por el proveedor del servicio; se ha utilizado con una tensión incorrecta; o ha sido utilizado sin seguir las instrucciones para el usuario.
Las pilas y su vida útil no están cubiertas por esta garantía. No hay otras garantías expresas o implícitas. Para recibir cobertura bajo esta garantía, contacte al centro de atención al cliente para consultas y/o reemplazos. NO intente reparar ninguna función eléctrica o mecánica de este producto; al hacerlo, la garantia quedará inválida y el producto podría causar lesiones.
